Shipping Policy

After you have placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and information. Keep this for future use in case you have any questions or problems.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days from the time the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

By default, we ship with standard delivery service. For addresses in the continental United States, orders generally arrive within 4-5 days of being shipped. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping time is approximately 1 week. For international orders, shipping may take around two weeks. Please note that these shipping times are for reference only, and do not constitute a guarantee. Shipping times may be significantly longer before and during major holidays. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All opened products in their original condition can be returned for up to 30 days for any reason.

If your product arrives damaged or with defects, we offer free exchanges. Simply contact our customer support team at support@aimor.app and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return.

For technical issues, please contact our customer support team at support@aimor.app for help. If there is a quality defect within one year of purchase date, we offer a full refund or exchange.
